1. Services

Genesis Software Kenya provides on-site and remote IT support services, including but not limited to hardware repair, software support, network troubleshooting, and data recovery ("Services"). All Services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your technical issues. You are responsible for backing up your own data before any Service is performed. Genesis Software Kenya is not liable for any loss of data that may occur. You also agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment for Services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. We accept payments through channels specified by our company. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount. Any disputes regarding billing must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service date.

Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen payment methods or filing illegitimate chargebacks, is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to report such activities to law enforcement and pursue legal action to recover costs and damages.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Software Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Genesis Software Kenya or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
